Online ordering from Pet Alliance is only available for business customers within the pet and aquarium industry, a trade related entity or as determined by our supply policy. New customers will need to request a trading account. Existing Pet Alliance customers should contact us and will be provided with login details and a password.
Request a Trading Account
If you are a registered business in the pet and aquarium trade such as a retailer, wholesaler, university research centre, public aquarium/zoo or similar trade related entity, you can request a Pet Alliance trading account. To qualify, retail and online stores are required to trade from commercial premises but this may be subject to our discretion. We will send you a trading account application form and our trading terms, which are to be returned with a copy of your business registration where applicable.

Our online ordering allows you access to our full product range in all available item sizes and complete with pricing, images and descriptions in an easy to use format.You can also access your account balance, view your previous order history, print past invoices, create orders, save and send them when your are ready.
